I'm Chelsea Chadfield, the founder of First Choice Talent. With over 5 years of experience in recruitment and 15 years in management roles, I understand what it takes to build strong teams and lasting partnerships.
I've spent my career working with people — coaching them, building teams around them, and watching what happens when the right person ends up in the right role. First Choice Talent is the natural extension of that work.
We're based in Bolton and cover any area. We work across healthcare, social care, warehouse and logistics, office and commercial, and retail — five specialist sectors, one consistent standard.
